I assume this is for the same team (didnt create a new team in iscore).
Second, make sure if you have new leagues, that these leagues are assigned to the team.

well i did create a new team in iscore, but it has the same name - maybe this doesn't make sense but the game was already scored with the new team. Can I change that?
I have created a new league, but the new league doesn't upload to my website either

Team websites are for a single team, not a device. So each team on your device could have a website, but each requires a separate purchase.
You can transfer the website to your new team on the admin website, under account.
Or you could rescore the game with your old team.
See the team website section in the link below for more info:

ok great! If I transfer the website to my new team I will lose the stats from last year's team right?
So i probably should rescore the game under the old team. Can I do that from the pitch by pitch?

Yes, if preserving historical stats is important, then keep your same team from year to year. Use Leagues liberally to keep things separated. Use Active/Inactive players to manage roster changes from year to year.
Yes, rescoring from pitch-by-pitch is about a 15 minute process. You can email yourself the file and print it out.
