Starting game on iPhone and switching to iPad

So I started scoring a game on my phone yesterday and switched to my iPad to finish the game. I was able to figure out how to get all the previously scored data to my iPad to finish the game but can't figure out how to get the finished game back to my phone. The phone still has the game in the 6th inning where I left it.

Using data sharing to get it back will work, but you must delete the partial game off the phone first. Data sharing wont allow existing games/teams/players to be shared.
