Admin website won't let me in

Admin website won't let me in

I just got a diff iPad and tried to export the old info and then import it to the new iPad. Problem is the user id that got wont work. It says invalid.
What can I do to rectify this?

I think you have to export once from the new iPad to set up the admin website for the new device. Then you can try. Importing the data from your old device.
