I tried that already thanks but that is not working. I purchased from my iPad and I still have the 19.99 price tag on the 2013 Do I need an activation code I was not emailed a new one and I also double checked to see maybe I purchase the 2012 so I tried to do the 2013 and the app stated this was already purchased please help

If you purchased from within the App, you would not get an activation code. It would be automatically activated as long as you have an internet connection. If you can email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen), we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

Tomorrow is opening day and I'm not happy I emailed my account on sat nite within 30 minutes and have not received a reply my account is under the same email

Never mind..... I had to remove the app from the iPad and reinstall the program and it finally worked.... Still a little disappointed with the response timeframe but alls well situation resolved!
