Question on the new admin website

Under the old admin website, I could set up a new game with lineups and then import that into my iPad. Now with the new admin website, I've been searching for that functionality, but can't find it. I even check the new user guide, but while there is a lot of great items in there, I could not find anything on this subject.
Thx.
Doug

I could be wrong, it wouldnt be a first, but I dont think this is true. You can import rosters to teams, but dont think you could ever create games. The import rosters functionality is still there.

We never had a way to create games from the Admin Website. Only teams and rosters.

Okay, hope this isn't hijacking this thread, but similiar question on the new website...
I have iScore on an iPhone and iPad, have registered both under one email address. Is this going to allow me to create teams and rosters on iscore central and import into my devices? My goal is to create my teams on the computer via iscore central, then import to my devices.
I created 8 teams so far, no rosters yet. Have tried to import the teams from iscore central to my iphone via from my iPhone in the options/import to 'retrieve' my data from the application servers, confirmed the import with "yes" but I get this error message:
Import Unseuccessful. The data could not be imported. However you existing data was untouched. (There is no existing data on either the iPhone or iPad, if that is what the message is referring to.)
In looking at some other posts, did I miss a step in that I did not initiate an initial export from my iPhone or iPad first to iscore central so that the devices can then 'accept' an import of data fromthe iscore application servers (iscore central.com)?
Thanks for any guidance
Bren

You can use the Admin Website to create rosters. The steps are:
1. Do an Options -> Export from your device to copy the data to the server
2. Make any modifications you want online
3. Do an Options -> Import to retrieve those changes back to the device
Since you said you registered both your iPhone and iPad, our guess is you are logged in to your iPad and making changes, then trying to import to your iPhone. That will not work --- the devices are still treated as two separate accounts. To transfer the complete database from one device to another, you would have to follow the instructions at the following link from our FAQ:

Actually, I currently don't have any data on either the iPad or the iPhone, no teams, no leagues, etc.
I am hoping to do all my initial league, team and roster creation on the iscore central site making use of the easy input from my computer keyboard rather than the iPad or the iPhone keyboards AND the more expedient method of inputting rosters with the batch input offered via the iscore central website.
I have tested trying to pull down from the iscore website for import to my iPad, one team roster that was created on the iscore central website (using the import selection in the options window on the iPad). There is a brief show of percentage of downloading going to 100%, but when the iScore app closes down and is reopened, there is no data. The team roster nor the two leagues associated with it that I created on iscore central show up in my iScore app.
Must I create 'something', a team roster or some data on a device first, export from the device, before I can add additional teams/leagues, etc to then be exported for import back to my device?
I hope I have explained that my intention is to use iscore central for team/league/roster creation and not use an iPhone or iPad for creation of this information.
Thanks!

Its important to understand that you have two admin websites, one for each device. Are you creating your roster on the same admin website that you are attempting to import to?
The process should go something like this:
1. log into ipad device number admin website.
This link describes the admin website:
http://iscoreleagues.com/manual/#h.ensoeagdq7em" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
2. create a new team
3. import from ipad
4. data share to iphone if desired
this link describes data sharing:
http://iscoreleagues.com/manual/#h.cveb04t3s2e7" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope this helps.

Thanks Mark. That cleared up my dilemma.
Now I'm on to figuring out Data Sharing via BT to my devices.
