We have a couple of girls who are no longer with us and for the life of me I can not find out to make them inactive as they did play three or four tournaments with us.

If you are not interested in tracking their stats for the team any more, you can remove them from the Team Roster. Their stats will still be there when viewing Game Stats, but when viewing Team Stats, that will remove them from the reporting for the Team.

On iOS devices, you can view the Team Roster and change players to Active or Inactive as well. This will mean when you create new games for them, they will not be included in the Lineup, but they will still be reported in Team Stats.
