How do I delete games off of my device for last season?

I would strongly advise against deleting anything. Use Leagues to filter data.

There are lots of threads on this forum about deleting old games. The recommended course of action is to use leagues to sort your games and therefore not lose past data. Saving those games uses very little space. You can turn off that league if you want to clean up your device screen.
If you do want to delete, there is a trash can icon at the bottom of the each game screen. (Ipad version.)
