Setup

I have 8 teams in our development program that we are tracking stats for this summer and spring. Every team will have its own scoring app. 3 androids units and 5 Ios units. Whats the best way to organize the units? My plan is to have one unit assigned to each team. I am sure there my be an instance where a different unit may be used to score a team. Are there any conflicts to this? We used the import from our ngin site. (great feature.). Is there a way to show live scoring updates on our team pages?
Just looking for suggestion in the initial setup.

If you are using Sport Ngin to import the rosters, then the "internal IDs" will be the same on all devices, so you should be in good shape. Any updates you make on the Sport Ngin site to rosters can be retrieved to the devices just by using the Discover feature on the team again.
You can use Data Sharing to transfer the actual games between devices if needed - see this link:

We believe they are in the process of making links to iScorecasts available from the Sport Ngin site as well (though we don't know when it will be available).

If I want to set up a teamsite for each team can I do that from one device? Or do I need to make that purchase from each separate device?

A single device can have any number if team websites associated with it. You do not need a separate device for each one.
