I cant uste my iscore

Last season at the end of the year my system crashed and I lost all data. I am trying to reset for this season but it will not let me. All of the boxes say I cannot enter/edit team or player info until I have a league. When I go to that spot there is no league, even the default league is gone. I cant add a league either.
What do I do next?

If you can do an Options -> Export in iScore and email your customer ID to
support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your data. The Customer ID is found on the Options screen in iScore.

From the Ipad it will not let me access admin website either....
