Pitch Total
Pitch Total
Why are my pitch totals zero when I look at my score book? It shows the number of balls and strikes, but gives a total of zero.

Re: Pitch Total
Where are you looking? Have you done a Recalc of stats on the game? If you can tell us specifically where you are seeing zero, we may be able to help more.

Re: Pitch Total
When I print the scorebook and it gives me the pitching summaries. I get a count for balls and strikes and then the pitch total says zero. I have recalculated.

Re: Pitch Total
Are you talking about the third page of the Scorecard PDF where it shows the pitcher details for the game? If you can do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and which game / pitcher you are seeing this for, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

Re: Pitch Total
it does this on all the games and yes I am talking about the page where it gives pitcher summary for game. I can add it up, I was just wondering why it wasn't giving me that number.
Also, is there a key for the colors on the hitting charts? Green, Yellow, Red ??? Solid line, dotted line???

Re: Pitch Total
We see the issue with the pitch total and will get that fixed for the next update.
For the hitting charts:
Green = Hit
Yellow = Reached base, but not a hit (Error, FC, etc)
Red = Out
Dotted = Ground Ball
Solid = Line Drive
Curved = Pop up/fly ball

Re: Pitch Total
Thank you so much for your timely responses. I also sent an email request to have an error that I made in scoring a game corrected. I love your program!
