I have the assigned our four games from this Saturday to a "3/9/13" league. I have made that league active. I have exported from my Ipad.

On the team website, we can see the stats in the games tab. But, the league is not shown in the dropdown. These stats are also not figuring into the cumulative stats on the "All" leagues.

If I go into Settings tab on team website and make the new "3/9/13" league the default, then the stats show up on the statistics screen. But, there is still not a listing in the drop down for the "3/9/13" league.

Any ideas?

You have to add the League to your TEAM as well in iScore in order for that league to appear in the dropdown. See this link:

I have followed the steps described here. It does not work. Is there a limit to the number of leagues that can show up in the drop-down menu? I have a total of 16 leagues that I'm trying to show on the team website. 7 of them will not show up in the drop-down. some of the games show up on the games screen, but not all of them.

there is not a limit. It sounds like you need to double check your team and game and league assignments...

Let's try and troubleshoot ..Here are the Basic steps....

On Your Handheld Device
1) go to League Manager and enable the special ALL LEAGUE (do this to make everything visible on your device and look for inadvertently duplicated teams/games/players and missed league assignments)

2) go to TEAM MANAGER (find the team that is assigned to your web site,
a) make sure you have not inadvertently created 'two versions' of your team
(if you have two versions of your team, you can merge them into one, post back if you need help on how),

b) make sure all 16 of the leagues you want assigned to the team are assigned
(This is an often forgotten step. for a league to appear in the web drop down box, they must be assigned to the team in the handheld device, )

3) go to GAME MANAGER, double check that all your games are assigned to their correct leagues
( this is critical to make sure the stats are being grouped in the right manner, if a game is assigned to the wrong league, or not assigned to a league you can get some unexpected results, I had you enable ALL league so no games would be hidden from view)

4) OPTION > EXPORT
(do not forget, after making any changes on your hand held device you have to re export )


After Exporting, review your team Web site on line.. ... Let us know what you find.

If not as expected, just report back in more detail what steps you took and what you are seeing. (also let us know what device you are using, iPad, iPhone, Droid etc)

Ok, i think we've found the problem.

There were two teams. One was named "G-Force Fastpitch" the other was named "G-Force". I merged them together, but in the wrong direction. I merged "G-Force" into "G-Force Fastpitch". It needed to go the other way. In doing this, I have lost the association between the team and our team website.

Please advise how to undo this.
