I scored it sac bunt with error. It appears to be scored correctly but the batter does not receive credit for his on base percentage.

Why would it not then show in the ROE column

I guess its not technically a ROE since that would count against OBP (it would count an AB, but not credit a earned base).

The sac, ensures no AB is charged to batter so it doesnt hurt their OBP, but they dont get credit for reaching base, so it doesnt boost it either.
