Website Games not matching Team games
Website Games not matching Team games
How can I get certain games off of my team website? Now that "real" play has started, I would like the scrimmages gone. I don't have them selected under the team name and have exported the new data, but cant get them to go away on the website. Am I forgetting a step?

If you have actually deleted the games from your device, then when you Export from the device, the games will not show on the Team Website either.
Maybe you are referring to the Admin Website and the Scorecasts tab? If that is the case, here is a link that describes how to remove the iScorecasts:

When I look at my device, the games are not on there. The league name for the scrimmage's is still on there, but the games are not on there. I have exported twice & the games are still showing up on the website.

If you select All under Leagues, then go back to Games, they still arent there?

I dont want the scrimmages to be there & they are. I set up the website & had exported all of our games to it. Now, I want the scrimmages off the website so that player stats & games only reflect the "real" season. Does that make sense? Once they are on the team website do they not come off?

What you are asking makes sense. And yes, they should come off the website.
So, trying to troubleshoot...my first question again: If you select All under Leagues, then go back to Games, do the games show or not?

as an observer, what you are saying makes sense, people mask preseason games all the time on the web site, but you are ignoring the questions asked of you to help trouble shoot, if you slow down and follow the line of questions, it will get resolved. I am 90% sure the answer lies in how you set up and are using LEAGUES.. . That is why Mark is asking you to start with ALL league on your handheld ...
If you go back and read the posts and answer the questions it will help. support and mark have both asked questions, you have not answered , e.g. did you delete games on your device or hide them with leagues? are you talking about iscorecasts or games listed under game page on team site ?
Jumping to conclusions ... if you set up and used leagues correctly ..
on your handheld, assuming you assigned games correctly to leagues (eg. scrimmages and real) and correctly assigned both leagues (scrimmage and real) to your Team .
Then on your handheld, simply go back to Team Manager > Team and unselect the scrimmage league then option export. only games assigned to leagues assigned to team show up on team web site.
Alternatively, on the web site, when on the web site , when viewing games or stats, just select the league drop down box (upper right) to "real" league not "all", . you can go to settings and on bottom right set the default league to Real league.
This all assumes you correctly set up and assigned games and teams to leagues. if you did not set up leagues correctly, then the way we can help you trouble shoot is to follow what mark is asking, starting with ALL leagues on your handheld device.
