Running into Fielder - Scoring issue.

These similar plays occurred recently - and I wanted to see if I had scored them correctly.
1) Runner on 2nd, two outs. Batter hits a high bouncer towards short . . . the runner from 2nd runs into the shortstop. 3 outs ... end of inning.
... and the very next day (by the way, this is girls HS softball) ...
2) 1 out, runners on 2nd and 3rd . . . our left-hand batter hits a grounder to straight away short - the shortshort was origionally shifted towards 2nd ... but moved over to get into fielding position . . . the runner from 2nd slightly bumps the fielder.
Are these Fielder's choices, hits, any RBI's? I'll be interested in your views.
