Changing to new device

Changing to new device

Last season my assistant coach used his android based epad to score our games. He took a job in a new school district. I have a new Ipad that I will use for this season and seasons to come. I would like to have last seasons data on my Ipad, so I can have cumulative hitting charts for my opponents and cumulative stats for my players. What do I need to do to make this happen? Thank you for your assistance.

If you can do an Options -> Export from your device and have the assistant coach do an Options -> Export from their device, then email us at support@iscoresports.com with the customer ID of both devices, we can transfer the data over to your device.

So I need to put IScore on my Ipad first, correct? What is the Customer ID?

Yes, you would need to install iScore on your device. The customer ID can be found on the Options screen in iScore after you have installed it.
