For some reason I can't sign into the admin website. I changed the site password before I went to the site if that matters. I' ve checked & double checked to make sure everything was input correctly. Thanks for your help.

Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you don't have a trailing space on your password. You can easily change it by going to the Options -> Admin Website screen in iScore. Try something simple there, then do an Options -> Export from iScore just to be sure the server is updated with your database. For your customer ID, anything that looks like a "0" is a ZERO, not the letter O. Be careful of some other letters / numbers that can look similar as well.

If none of the above helps, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look to see what is going on.

Is there a way to delete the pictures that are in the roster and have it go back to no picture?

I think it requires FTM assistance. This cannot be done by the user. Shoot them an email and they should be able to help you out.
