It seems the only edit that will "Save" is the logo. I adjusted colors and header background pic, and everyting looked good on the "Test". However, when I save it, all edits (except the logo) disappear.

Any ideas?

This is usually a caching issue. If you clear your browser cache, you should see the colors you saved. Or you can completely close your browsers, then reopen and it should show the correct colors as well.
