Downloaded Iscore on Different device

I purchased Iscore on my Ipad2 awhile back and recently got an Iphone. When I went to the app store to download it on my iphone it asked me for my apple id password and I think it charged me again. This is the same appleid that is on my Ipad. Do I have to pay another $9.99 to have Iscore on my iphone?

The iPhone and iPad versions of iScore are two separate applications (just like Angry Birds and Angry Birds HD or Yahtzee and Yahtzee HD or Plants vs Zombies and Plants vs Zombies HD and many others). Each requires a separate purchase.
Once you have the app on your device, you can transfer data between devices using data sharing as described here:
