I have a brand new install of iscore on my ASUS TF101 tablet, and the app keeps crashing at the lineup screen on a new game.. any ideas on what I can do to fix it, as the app is useless to me right now..


Here are the steps that I do:
1. add new game with the teams that are playing. One of the teams does not have the roster created
2. Click on the game and it takes me to the game info screen
3. Press play... it is at this point that an error message comes up saying "unfortunately iscore has stopped" and once you have click ok it closes iscore


I have tried with different teams and get the same error all the time.

my iscore version is 3.52.918... right now I am having to use a borrowed iPad to score games and then data sync to the Android so that it will update the stats on team website..

Try adding at least one player to the roster of the team you say has no roster and see if that helps.

If not, do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and let us know which game it is that you are having trouble with and we will see if it happens on a device here as well.
