"Retrieving Data"

I just bought a new Kindle Fire and downloaded the iScore App. Everytime I try to use Data Sharing to import the teams from my account, the App gets stuck on "Retrieving Data." Is there a fix for this? Thanks

Where are you trying to import data from? If you just bought the Kindle Fire, it would not have any data to import. If you are trying to get data from another device, you would use Data Sharing to transfer data from a second device. Here is a link that describes data sharing:
