App not working

I am trying to access my app but it will not load. I push the button and do not get routed to my i score book. Screen flashes but does not access app.

What kind of device are you using? Have you been using iScore for a while, or did you just purchase and try it for the first time?

I am using my iPad. I used it all summer. Then yesterday at my dbl header it would not load.

Did you do a hard reset? Holding sleep button and home button till apple logo shows?

Try putting your device in Airplane Mode, then starting iScore, and going to Options -> Synchronization and turn off the Synchronization. Then exit out of iScore, turn Airplane Mode back off, go back into iScore, and do an Options -> Export to send your data to our server and email us your customer ID to
support@iscoresports.com and we will take a look at your data. It sounds like the data synchronization may be failing and causing iScore to not start up.

Well I turned on airplane mode and tried to access my app but it still will not open. Therefore, I can not go to options on iscore.
How can I re install the ap?

You can remove it by going to the Home Screen on your device, placing your finger on the iScore icon until it starts "shaking", then press the "x" on the icon to remove iScore. It will ask you to confirm. Select OK. Then go to the App Store and reinstall iScore from there.
You can then immediately do an Options -> Import to retrieve the last data you exported to our server.

I have purchased a new iPad. Since my mac computer does not allow iscore to be downloaded I cannot transfer it to my new iPad.
Is there a way to share the ap with my new iPad or do I have to purchase it again?

Just log in to the App Store with the same name / password you originally purchased iScore with and you can go to the Purchased tab in the App Store and download iScore to your new iPad.
