Entering this play in iScore?

Having trouble getting this play put in right... Here's the situation:

No outs, runner on first. Batter hits ball just over 2B head into shallow right field, runner from 1st goes to 2nd and then tries for 3rd. RF throws in to 2B, 2B throws to 3B, who tags out the runner. The batter advances to 2B on the throw from 2B to 3B.

When I try to enter this into iScore, I select 'in play'/'fielders choice' and it asks for who handled the ball in the order they handled it I clicked RF/2B/3B. Then it asks what happens with the runner from first. I selected 'out'/'tagged out' and it asks for who all touched the ball again.

What am I doing wrong? Why is it asking for the out information twice?

It sounds like the hit should be a single, not a fielder's choice if it went over 2B head.

We would enter it as:

Single
Asks what happened to runner on first, Out, Third, Tagged Out, RF-2B-3B

OK. I guess the runner wasn't forced out, so a FC wouldn't really apply would it?
