We have a batter that is in all three game of a tournament however the team and individual states are only showing 1 game. This is a softball tournament and we are batting 11 and subbing in 1 player. I used the change batter status to do this? It appears that I have something checked or unchecked as she is the only player that is only showing 1 game all other have 3?

This actually means you have created multiple copies of that player. Go to League Manager and make sure the All league is checked. Then go to Player Manager and you should see the player listed twice. Use the Merge option from there and select one copy of the player in the left list and one in the right list, then tap Merge in the upper right to combine them into a single player.
If you are not seeing the second copy of the player, then you have likely deleted the player. To undelete the player, do an Options -> Export from iScore, log in to the Admin Website (
http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), click the Maintenance link in the top right, and scroll to the bottom of that screen to see players you have deleted. Undelete the player, by following the instructions there, then do an Options -> Import to bring the data back into iScore, then follow the steps above to Merge.

if you are changing the batter status from hitting to non hitting, the you are actually changing the starting lineup rather than making a substitution, making iscore think that player did not bat the entire game. To make a substitution you tap on the actual batter and then make the substitution.

I think team mom is on the right track..
Please review training video on difference between editing a starting line uP and making subs...
