TwitterCast & iScoreCast Primer

I tried to do a search for this, and maybe it's just me, but I couldn't find what I am looking for.
I am a long-time iScore user, but am just now starting to use TwitterCast and iScoreCast, as I have a wi-fi iPad and just recently upgraded my phone to work as a hotspot, allowing this to be an option for me for the 1st time.
I have figured out how to enable TwitterCast with the proper team Twitter account, and sent a test tweet that worked (and realize I have to enable the slide in "options" to on, etc.). My question, ahead of our first summer league game tonight, is how and when are TwitterCasts sent out, and what content is included? Is there some place where I can set the defaults for what is sent out and when? Can I spontaneously send tweets when something of note happens outside of what is included in the default tweets?
Also, on iScoreCast, I know there is a format for sending (probably via tweet) the URL for a specific game so people can follow. Can somebody refresh my memory on that?
Many thanks.

Twittercast sends pregame notification when game starts, then score at every half inning and final. No settings to change this, though it has been requested.
I believe you can tweet any play by manually by pressing the button on the scoring screen.

Thank you mprusak.
For me, tweets every half inning are too much, and the content of those tweets is not what I would choose. I would love to see some options for what info you want tweeted, and when, as well as the ability from within the app (and scoring screen) to manually tweet any info you choose.
As it stands now, I will probably have TwitterCast on to start the game and send out a notice/link to iScoreCast, but will then turn it off. It would be nice to be able to do that from within the scoring screen, as well, instead of having to exit and get all the way out to the options screen. I'd like to be able to toggle on and off, so that I can send a tweet when I deem it necessary without overwhelming followers with 16 tweets per 7-inning game (a bit much).
Please consider this an enhancemment request, to the extent that it increases the priorization for working on TwitterCast options.....

What would you suggest we show in tweets that is different than what we show now? Keep in mind the 140 character limit.

I am not sure I have enough experience using this to be the best user to answer this, but I'll try.
Obviously, the 140-character limit is a challenge, but as it stands now, the information offered is not much more than half-inning scores, the inning, the pitcher, and the first batter of the inning. Here is an example from the game I scored last night:
NW Islanders 16U
Northwest 1 NW Bandits 1 [Bottom 5th] [0 Out] [0 balls] [0 strikes] ... No one on [P: #2 William M*******d] [B: #18 Noah R****n]
Each automatic update sent is at the beginning of each half inning and looks prospectively, so there is always 0 out, 0 balls, 0 strikes. i'd rather see the updare review the previous inning: Pitcher, # pitches, hits, runs, errors, score. If there is room, RBIs by batter last name, hits by last name, or allow for that information to go out in a second tweet if not enough room, by some sort of option that comes out if there is not enough room in the first tweet. I'd like to be able to tell the program if I want to send that out every half inning, every inning, every two innings, whatever.
Beyond that, I'd like to be able to enable a manual tweet that I can compose at any time, based on the previous play. The play-by-play data can be the default, but I'd like to be able to override that and manually type my own tweet if I choose, from the scoring screen.
I realize these may present insurmountable programming challenges. This is just a wish list, but hopefully it spells out more what I'd hoped this feature would be able to do. Any part of this would be an improvement, IMO.
Thanks as always for a great product and great customer service and responsiveness, FTM.
