No, the customer ID is tied to your device and can not be changed. You can direct parents to http://iscoretv.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to see a listing of all games going on at any time (and they can type part of your team name there to find the game), or if you have a team website, they can type the name of the team website instead of the customer ID when prompted on the iScorecast screen.

you can also point them to the link that already includes the user ID:

http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... xxxxxxxxxx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

replace x's with your customer ID

If you have an optional team website, you can replace the user id with the team name. Much easier for my parents to remember.
