Odd Scenario- dropping batters after 1st at bat

The league my son plays in has an option in which coaches can drop back to only the top 9 batters after everyone has batted once. I have been using skip batter- does not count as an out. But it seems like at least once a week we come around to the original 10th batter or so and i forget to skip either because I get caught up in the game or it happens at fast pace point in the game. Then by the time i realize, it is too far to undo and catch back up, so I end up re-scoring after the game to get things right. Any suggestions or ideas of an easier way? Other than pay better attention! Lol i keep telling myself that every time i do it.

If the batters being dropped are always the ones after the 9th, when the first batter comes back up you can edit the starting lineup and remove the 10th, 11th, etc. then when the game is over add them back in so stats are correct again. Be careful don't this as it only works for removing the last batters.

That's great! And thanks for the fast reply. That should be perfect for what they do. However they also do some funny stuff with subs as well and up to this point i haven't even tried to figure that out. After dropping to 9, the 10-13th batters become regular subs and can come back into the lineup for 1-9 like a true sub. It makes the score book look like a mess but i worried about screwing up the stats.
