I am trying to do an iframe into my own website...Is it possible to do it without having the iscore tabs on the side?

Yes. Right click (or Control-Click on Mac) in the actual content area of your team website to get the URL of just the frame that has the data without the iScore tabs, then use that URL in your IFRAME.
