I need to retrieve a team cumulative stat up to a certain point in the season, and NOT include games since this specific game.

Is there a way to include specific games in the teams stats? (Even after I have scored games since the game I need them through)

Yes, you would create a League for this and assign any games you want into that league. Then view stats with only that league selected.
