ipad recording quality

Post by swarbany » Thu Apr 26, 2012 2:55 am

What's the difference between the ipad 1 and ipad 2? Im a 13 year old girl saving up money for an apple ipad, but the ipad 2 is $500. And the ipad 1 is only $300 (slightly used) on the Apple website. Could someone please tell me the difference between these two ipad models?

In my experience using both, the ipad2 has significantly longer battery life which makes a difference on long tournament days. It is also lighter and slightly slimmer. Important to use either one in the shade. Direct sunlight makes them overheat and also shade helps the glare and makes the screen easier to read.

For me the battery life was worth the upgrade, but for you it may not be as important.

I've been using iPad one to score for two years and I've done triple headers before several times. It really depends on other stuff you want to do. iPad 1 is more than sufficient for iscore.

I agree with Camerabry. iPad1 user and never have had any problem with battery life. I've not used a 2, but I believe they have the same battery life specs (~10 hrs).
Addition of camera is the biggest difference (but, not for iScore).
iPad2 should be 399 now.

Do 13 year old girls really buy iPads to use iScore???
