Lost individual stats.

A player showed up on this years team, shows up on the last two years rosters and shows up on previous game scorecards. Does not show up in any stats but this year. I have checked leagues, teams, years, ect. Nothing carries over except 2012 games and only 1 2011 game.

Help and ideas appreciated.

Sounds like you have created multiple copies of the player. Make sure you have All selected in League Manager, then go to Player Manager and see if the name is listed twice. You can use Merge to combine players back into a single player.

The only other possibility we can think of if the player is appearing in some sold game stats but not cumulative stats is that you deleted the player. Have you deleted players from your device?

Have merged players. This one in particular. Did same with a few team mates. Theirs is fine.

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which player it is, and what game(s) the player should / should not have in their cumulative stats, we can take a look at your data.
