Can not Import Team Data to Droid

This worked on my Ipad but not on my droid. When I go to get from web and enter the Customer ID and Pass I get an Unable to login with that usermane ans pass.
You say this works from iPad. Does that mean you are data sharing from the Droid to the iPad? When you do this you enter Droid Customer ID?
Now, you are trying to the reverse, ipad to Droid?
Are you entering the iPad customer ID from the Droid?
Each device has a unique customer ID, so you want to enter the other device's ID.
