scorecast not working

I have been trying to get my app to sync and broadcast the game. when i do the score cast sync in the options of the game, it does not broadcast online. when i try to log on to the iscorecast site, it tells me that the user has not started the game or the user name is incorrect. please let me know what i should do next because my players and parents are looking for the games on days they cannot be there.

If you go to this site (replace xxxx's with your customer ID), what do you see?

You should see all your games that have been sent to the iscorecast server.
