Tie Breaker - outs?

If we have a tie breaker, I know how to put the runners on the bases...but it doesn't allow me to start the inning with 1 out like the rules state. How can I start the inning with 1 out?

You can not start with outs, but you can use Misc -> End Inning when two outs are reached if your local rules say tie breaker starts with an out.
