emailing player cards glitch?

I have been emailing players cards out and have one player (found so far) that I can't send the email? I open player manager, select the player, slect player card (lower left hand corner) her card pops up, i select email, enter my email and push send, the drop wond box confirms it was sent but nothing arrives on her but all the other do...
Help?

If you are not getting a failure message in iScore, then chances are a SPAM filter is filtering that particular player's player card for some reason. If that is not the case, then if you can do an Options -> Export and email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID and which player it is you are having trouble emailing the player card for, we can take a look.
