editing a play..

I was scoring one of our HS ball games and after discussing a play with the coach, it was decided that a play i scored as an error was indeed a hit for a triple. I scored it as a single with extra bases on an error. I go to "pitch by pitch" to edit it after the game and it wont give me the option to award a triple. It only show "single" as an option on the hit..??
How can I get this changed?
thanks

I don't believe there is currently a way to change a single plus errors to a multi base hit. You can change the errors to advance by batter, but I think the only way to get the triple is to override the stats. The ability to edit errors to multi base hits has been requested and should be their enhancement list.

I read up a bit on this and it seems this restriction is in place to protect other players and their results, but this play was made with nobody on base and with 2 outs. How could edititng this single play affect anything at all except the hitting stat for the player/play in question?
I am not sure how to over ride the stats as I have never done this with iscore. Where do I locate this option? Or can the iscore admin make the corrections and update the game to reflect true hitting stats for the player?
Thanks

To override stats, open the stats view for the game and tap any stat to override it.

ok, i found a post and DID find where to edit the stats outside of Pitch by Pitch. I went to the game manager, then game stats, then simply clicked on the 1B field and changed it to "0", then clicked on 3B and changed it to "1". However, after the change was made, it still doenst change anything else such as the play by play. I dont think this matters overall anyway, but if I need to follow up with any other action, please let me know. I did not click RECALC. it shows her triple on her player card for the given date.

That is correct. You can add a note to the pitch by pitch listing for anyone reading that to know what really happened.

Recalc reverts back to default scoring so you do not want to press it unless you want to get rid of overrides.
