Google chrome?

Post by htbaxter » Tue Mar 20, 2012 5:00 pm

I had an issue "watching" a game from Google chrome, but it seemed to do okay on Explorer, but then Explorer couldn't play the sound. Also, I can't get to the scorecast at all from my android phone, even mid-game it will say that the game has not yet begun - though I'm watching it on my computer in Explorer. Any ideas?

I use Chrome and it has been fine recently. However, when the new iscorecast viewer first came out I had some issues with it, especially the sound.

IE9 will not play sound for me either and I think FTM is aware of this issue.

Not sure about the android issue. I have iphone and it has been working great on there.

We actually recently updated the sound an it shoul now work on IE, Chrome, Safari, and Mozilla. It will not work on iOS mobile devices because Apple intentionally disabled sounds that are not associated with a click / tap.

We are not aware of issues on the newest Android devices, but could see it being an issue on older devices. You can always view the mobile iScorecast by going to http://iscorecast.com/html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
