Scorecards not showing up

Some of my "scorecards" are not showing up on iscorecentral and also on my iscore web site. What am I doing wrong?

If you email yourself the Game Stats (go to Game Manager, select the game, then select Email), or you can email to "web" instead of your email address, the server saves a copy of the Scorecard to your account at that time. This will updated your website.

curious...with auto-sync this is no longer a required step, correct? Is this feature only on ipad?
(understand the OP may not be running 3.44, even if using ipad, or may not be using auto-sync...but was just wondering)

That is correct... if you are using an iPad, and have the auto-sync running, you do not need to send the email to get your scorecards any more. We assumed this user must not be using an iPad.
