Missing pitching stats

I am missing 2 games of pitching stats. Any clue to why? I went back and deleted the game and re-entered it into the program again and it's still not there.
The hitting stats are there for one of the games but not the other game.

This will usually mean one of a few things...
1. The game is not showing "F" in the Game Manager listing meaning the game never ended and stats were not calculated (if this is the case, go to the game, and use Misc -> End Game from the main scoring screen)
2. You have created the player twice. To check this, go to League Manager, and make sure the All league is checked. Then go to Player Manager, and see if you see the player listed twice. If so, use the Merge option from Player Manager to combine the players into a single player
3. The player was not entered into the starting lineup and/or you changed the starting pitcher instead of doing a substitution. This can be corrected by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, selecting Game Starts, selecting Edit next to Starting Lineup, and confirming the starting pitcher is set correctly. Then scroll to any places in the pitch by pitch where a substitution should have occurred and tap the play, then tap Edit next to Substitutions and make sure the proper substitutions have been made. If the above does not help, we need more information to be able to determine your situation. If you can do an Options -> Export from iScore, and email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen), the name of the player, and the team they are playing on where the player is missing pitching stats, we can look at your data and determine what is going on.

I tired all of the above and I found that I did have a player entered into the player list twice. I tried to merge them but it wouldn't let me so I deleted one of them. It still did not fix the problem.
I tried to export the data but it tells me it failed or there was an error

Deleting will just remove the stats completely for that player. That is why we said to merge the players. If you export and email us the information for your account we can take a look.

I couldn't merge two people of the same name together. It would not allow me. I can't export the information because it gives me an error message. I'm trying to send it from an ipad and I can't export the information for a wifi network or using 3G

The merge will work as long as you select the first copy of the name in the left list, and the second copy in the right list.
If you are having issues exporting, we would recommend you power your device off completely (press and hold power button until you get the "slide to power off" message, slide the button, wait for it to power off), then power it back on and try the export again. This will re-establish your internet connections.
