This will be the first full year with iscore. I am thinking of setting up each tournament as a league of their own. My question is will it carry the stats of our team throughout all the different leagues?

Yes, that is a very common approach. You can create a league called "2012", and also a league for each tournament. Assign the games to both the "2012" league and the tournament the game is for, and then you can always view stats for the entire year (with the "2012" league) or the stats for each tournament separately.

Go to League Manager and make sure there is a check mark next to only the league you want to view stats for, then view the Team Stats. It will show stats for only the selected league(s). Be sure to go back and put a check next to the All league when done reporting.
