I have last year's complete high school season entered on my iPad. Since last year, one of the other coaches has gotten an iPad and wants to retrieve all my games and continue to share data through this season. It appears that League information is not transferred in the data sharing process. He was able to load in all of my games, teams, and players, but I think he had already manually entered a league or two and it assigned all of those imported teams, games, and players and assigned them to all of the leagues on his iPad.
Two questions:
Is there a way for him to quickly and easily delete all games, teams, players, and leagues off his iPad so we can start over?
What would be the correct way for him to import my data and have all players, teams, and games assigned to the same leagues as I have recorded on my iPad? Should he enter the exact same leagues manually on his iPad first, before importing the team, game, and player data?
Data Sharing
Re: Data Sharing
Quickest way to start over is to delete the app from the iPad and then re-install it. Note this will wipe out ALL data, so if there is any data you want to keep this is not the way to go.
Once the new iPad is "clean," he will need to make all the leagues you have ahead of time. Then, set one league as active and import just those games from your account. Do this for each league, and then everything will be in the proper place. Just having the same leagues will not be good enough - he will need to set active one at a time and then import those games/teams only.

Re: Data Sharing
If you would like to create a "complete copy" of your data to his device (i.e. you want his to match your device exactly right now, not keeping any data on his device, and copying everything from yours to his), we can do this for you. To do this, please do an Options -> Export from BOTH devices, and email us at support@iscoresports.com with the customer ID of both devices (found on Options screen), and we can transfer the data over.
If there is anything on his device he wants to keep, or anything on your device you do not want him to have, then Data Sharing is the only way to go, and jcbeckman's comments are spot on.
