multiple different teams/games

Post by sportswriter » Mon Dec 12, 2011 2:45 am

i am a sports writer for a newspaper and baseball is one of my bigger sports. normally i purchase a new scorebook every year, but this could be easier. how does iscore work with scoring different teams all the time. meaning, i dont cover just one team. i could go to four or five games in a week and see eight or ten teams play.

That should not be a problem. On the device, you can score as many teams as you like.
Check out the iScore documentation page!
Includes videos and user manual.

As petro guy mentioned, iscore will handle this without any problem.. You will be able to retain all games scored on your handheld and reference back whenever you want, including year to year.

Iscore does have a small learning curve, and is less forgiving than paper and pencil..but in exchange provides great stats and scorebooks. I suggest you score a few practice games to see how the effort to score electronically Works for your unigue needs..

Also If you have any need to export game data to MaxPreps, let us know, there is a way to do that too.

Keep us posted if you decide to go this route ..

thank you. i appreciate the insight. i have decided to purchase it and i like the idea of practice, therefore i think i will watch some classic baseball games on MLB network to get it down. i have been scoring by hand for over two decades so this will be different, but i like the idea of how everything will be easier for me to access as well as easy to find for reference at the paper. so again, thank you.
