Stats?

Is there a way that I can look at all stats for a league? Or do I have to go team by team? I've got a ton of teams, so that would be quite the undertaking, but if that is what I have to do...

We do not currently have reports for entire leagues. Only details by team and details by player. You can email yourself the reports in various formats including CSV and Excel which you could use to combine all the players into a single spreadsheet for a "league" if you want. How are you able to capture all games for a league on a single device? Do teams not play games at the same time on multiple fields in your league?

It is for stratomatic baseball. A different league for every year of cards. Thanks for your response, as always!

You may want to send jcbeckman a message - he has created some scripts he uses with his strat-o-matic (or similar game) to pull in iScore data and publish it to his own website. He may be able to help you out.

Hi Paul,
I use the stats for my APBA games (but there's nothing APBA-specific about what I do). Check out the web site at
http://www.beckmanjm.com/iScore" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and that looks like something that would help you, send me a PM here and we'll get together. Everything is done with PHP scripts and a MySQL database.

I wonder how jcbeckman gets his data into the database...maybe he wrote it to parse the CSV files, or something else. I was contemplating an email parser that would take the email sent from the device after the game that would take the attachments and send them to a MySQL database. I need to chat with this dude and have a nerd-to-nerd discussion...
Might be kind of fun to write something for this...

After chatting with jcbeckman, I was going to use his code, but decided to just write my own from scratch instead. I thought I'd post my site as well...if nothing else, it advertises what can be done with the exports from iScore if you can write some code.
I'm going to eventually update this so other people (some of my forum friends and whatnot) can upload their games, but it's too raw to release right now, not to mention I don't have the extra time.
Either way, I'm happy to have a place to post my game results...
