i cannot get the iscore program to work in landscape mode. all other apps work fine. i have an older version ipad and have done all updates on iscore but it will not turn when i tilt ipad. any help would be appreciated

If it is not rotating, then chances are you are not using the iPad version, but rather the iPhone version. Only the iPad version of iScore will rotate to Landscape mode.

how can i tell which i have. or how can i upgrade to the ipad version? will i have to pay again?

If the main scoring screen does not show the pitch location selector, then you are using the iPhone version. The iPhone version and the iPad version are separate products sold on the Apple App Store, and require separate purchases.

can I share the data that is on the current version I have when I install the ipad version or should I wait till the end of the season and start fresh?

You can transfer the data to the iPad version very easily. First, do an Options -> Export from the current version you have on your device. Next, install and run the iPad version. Then do an Options -> Import from the iPad version. Because they are both running on the same device, the data will be able to be imported directly back to the iPad version.

Once you have confirmed the data has been copied to the iPad version, you should remove the iPhone version so you don't accidentally switch back and forth between the two versions.

Apple may credit your original purchase (happened to another parent on our team.) But you will have to contact them directly and explain your circumstances. Probably depends on who answers the phone that day.

I downloaded the ipad version and it now rotates fine. I cannot get the data to import into the ipad version it says the app will close and when I reopen data will be there but when I reopen data is not there. Any ideas?
