Settings won't save on team web site

I've tried with a few different browsers over the past couple weeks, but I get the same result: changes I make on the Settings screen are not saved, and it goes back to the default settings. Any ideas?

We have never seen a case where this is not a cache issue. After you make a change and save the settings, try either closing the browser completely, or clearing your cache manually and reloading the page.
