Import failed

I have exported data successfully. I deleted games from my iPad and now want to import the pre-deleted data. When I try to import, it is unsuccessful. What is wrong?

The only reason import should fail is if there was no previously exported data from the same device, or if there are internet connectivity issues. If you can email us your customer ID (found on options screen), and let us know what you are trying to do, we can check our server to see your previous export. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.
