Is it possible to score the situation there was in the 5th inning of Game 6 of the NLCS when two errors were charged to Jerry Hairston Jr. on the same play?

A player is only charged one error per sequence of events even when multiple errors are assigned (allowing you to say the runner and each batter advanced on the same error). If a player has a second error, enter the full sequence for the first error, then do a second sequence to advance batters as a result of a different error on the same play.
