Quick Roster - during/post game edit?

This past weekend, we played a team that was late (after the start of the game) in turning their line up over to us. Since we needed to start scoring the game (and keeping time), we opted for a Quick Roster - with a head count for the number of players.
It wasn't until after they turned over their lineup that we realized we miscounted and had to add another player. As a temporary fix, I added 2 'generic' players into the player database.
In the future, is there a way to modify the Quick Roster to add/remove the number of players?
Also, is there a way to modify the example game we played to remove these players from the database - to instead add in Quick Roster players? We are a traveling team - and I have no intention of keeping track of the hundreds of other girls our team will face this year - and the 2 generic players in my player database really messes with my mild OCD.
Any and all help appreciated!

There is not a way to add additional "quick roster" players after the game has begun. Adding generic players is as close as you will get. In the future, you can always add extra Quick Roster players, and set their Batting = NO or remove them from the lineup if you have overestimated.

in my youth travel ball, i started out with the "i don't care about the other teams".. then found i do care, especially when you play them a second time in a tournament or later in another tournament. (it started with Pitchers, and catchers and then big hitters, and slappers). (also fun when you find an iscore opponent, after the fact)
for the OCD in you, one thing you can do to clean out your player manager list, is assign all the 'random' players to a special league (opponent players) and hide them from player manager by not activating that league. (I recommend not deleting players or teams for games that are "valid", it can mess up the book and stats after the fact if you do)

While it may seem an extra burden to add all those players to your database, you may find that having history on opponent players is beneficial in the future. We are a tournament team and see many of the same teams more than once. Over seasons, sometimes players switch teams. By keeping rosters for all teams we ever play, we get hit charts on many teams before games which can help the head coach make defensive decisions. I don't bother keeping defensive stats on the other team except for pitcher and catcher, but again, nice to know how we played against a pitcher if we see her again later. The player list does get long, but the memory it uses is minimal and it doesn't really affect antything else in iscore, so I think it's worth it. Just something to consider.

Believe me - its not because I don't want it or think it wouldn't be helpful........it's more about not having the time. If I could get another parent to input the names - I def would love to have the data.

You can add kids names all game long. You have plenty of time to do it.
