As you already know, this is not a normal situation and will have to 'do some manual workaround' depending on how you/ your league handles the stats.. The question for league is does the batter get a triple or home run, and if a home run, who gets a run scored stat and who not?
The easy one is some leagues only give batter a triple in this situation.. If so then enter it normally in iscore
You can also go back latand and use stat override to change the triple to a HR in the stats.
Another more complicated way you could hanlde In score, To hit a home run and not score a runner, instead of starting with in play, tap on the runner at third, and advance safe to home, run scored, runner at second advance home, run score, for runner at first, advance home, tap run not scored. This will put the filled in score for two of the three players and note AB#. Then do in play home run. For batter.
(MLB, dos not have a rule to cover this, the closest similarity is walk off game winnning hits, if a home run, the batter and all runners on score. If a non homrodin walk off hit, only the RBI need to win is counted..
Hope this helps hive you ideas on how to handle to fit your needs

As I am sure you are aware this is a league rule, not a rule of baseball. How it is scored all depends on the wording of the rule in the league competition rules document. There are a couple of ways (I have seen 2 different ways)
1. The inning ends at the point when the 7th run is scored. - In this case it would not be a home run but a triple (like a game wining hit). This wording fails to follow the rules of baseball when it comes to game ending home runs but it may be the way your league has worded the rule.
2. The inning ends when the play in which the 7th run is scored has been completed. - This is where the home run would count.
3. The inning ends at the point when the 7th run is scored. If the 7th run is scored as part of an "out of the park" home run then all runs scored as part of the home run count. - This is more in keeping with the rules of baseball.
Bottom line - read the league competition rules
