I have been using the app for over a year. Love it. However, we recently had a local shake-up of players and teams. Since the way to access all the broadcasts are through the Customer ID #, how do I change this so that I can keep all my existing data, but not allow everyone with our ID# access to the game information going forward? (We don't want the people not on our new team to be able to login with our customer ID# and see how our new team is doing each game.) It appears the customer ID gives everyone complete access to viewing all games, all the time.
It would be great if once the customer ID was inputted, that there was an additional password screen I could simply change (that people could auto-save) when they login. But there is not. I would also consider purchasing another app (if I have no other choice) to get a new customer ID, but would a year's worth of data still be there? Can you even do that on the same iPad?
I realize I have the ability to only email each individual game link, and do that now, but it's too late for that with the previous people who have the ID#. Our ID# is out there. Please help.
What is the easiest way to handle this? Thanks!

Team Websites can be password protected, but the iScorecasts can not at this time. We will likely be adding a password option in the future.
The only way to get a different customer ID is to score on a different device --- the customer ID is tied to the device ID.

Thanks. So if I score on a different device how can I use a years worth of data on the players that I have on the old device? Can I export it and then import it from the old and import it to the new one?

You can either use Data Sharing to transfer the games as documented here:
http://iscoresports.com/baseball/kb/faq ... _share.php
Or if you can do an Options -> Export from both devices, and email us the customer ID from each, we can transfer the entire database over to the new device (it will replace any iScore data on that device if we do this, so be sure that is what you want to do). If you choose this option, send the email to support@iscoresports.com.
