Export Unsuccessful
Export Unsuccessful
I have exported game data to our website successfully for the last 5 months, but have been unable to do so for the last 3 games. I have tried wifi, 3G, turned the ipad off, changed the auto-lock settings but still get the 'Export Unsuccessful' message. Is there something else I can try?

Re: Export Unsuccessful
I recently had the same issue with my Ipod Touch.
After numerous tries I contacted the great Customer Support Team (on a Sunday afternoon).
I immediately got a response that some users who recently updated the iPod Touch software were seeing problems exporting large databases, and that they were working on a fix.
The reason had to do with how much RAM memory was free to perform the export.
I did a hard reset to clear up as much memory as possible and was successful later that night.
I contacted Customer Support immediately (now a Sunday Night) and they had already noticed that I was successful.
Bottom line - try to clear up as much memory as possible and try again.
If this does not work, the Customer Support folks are awesome and will resolve your issue day or night.
